Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior Executive - Blending at our company, you will be responsible for inspecting incoming raw and packaging materials to ensure the production of high-quality products for our customers. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality standards set by the company and following standard operating procedures (SOPs). Key Responsibilities: - Inspect the quality of raw water according to company norms. - Ensure testing and quality control of each batch of DM water. - Maintain the quality standards of ENA, Special Spirits, and Food Flavour. - Collaborate with the blending executive to ensure the quality of each batch of blend. - Implement company SOPs and GMPs to maintain online product quality. - Start-up bottling lines and maintain proper records in QC prescribed formats. - Keep washing machines clean and maintain records of water pressure and differential pressure. - Implement KPIs such as Safety, L1-Quality, GFPS, and statutory compliance. - Coordinate LR process for inspection of Excise compliance. - Coordinate BCM as CMT Coordinator with Manufacturing Manager. - Manage SAP activities including SKU wise BOM creation and material inspection plan. - Inspect vehicles before dispatching finished goods and maintain records. - Inspect vehicles for the transfer of PM/RM and maintain records. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. - Prior experience in quality control and inspection. - Knowledge of SOPs and GMPs. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
