Job Description

Role Summary :

Role Responsibilities:

1) Handle warehouse to warehouse and warehouse to retail stores inventory dispatches and GRN as per TAT at destination.
2) Track the transit of all inventory and ensure GIT is closed as per TAT.
3) Coordinate with transporter for ontime vehicle deployment and deliveries.
4) Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders professionally.
5) Track and monitor daily performance of warehouses and stores.
6) Outbound and GRN tracker to be shared daily.
7) Any discrepancy in GRN to be rectified with proper RCA and shortages to be recovered either from transporter billing or by Insurance (COF) company.
8) Everyday to coordinate with planning team to get sale orders and projection to be shared with warehouses every month.
9) Should be able to handle appointment deliveries of channels.
10) Plan monthly packaging materials requirement at warehouses for outbound.
11) All documents related to outbound to be maintained.
12) Transporters monthly billing to be verified and provide required details on time to release payments. Disputes to be closed in stipulated time.
13) Outbound documentation SOP to be monitored.
14) Outright / SOR orders to be handled as per appointment.

Ideal Candidate :

1) Candidate should have 2 - 5 yrs of relevant experience.
2) Looking for candidate who can join within 15 days.
3) Candidate should be multi tasking between channels.
4) Should be able to respond and track operations based on requirements on weekends/holidays.
5) Should have working knowledge on OMS/WMS, ERP (Uniware, Ginesys, SAP, OMS guru, Inkref etc)
6) Should have good working knowledge on MS-Excel/Power BI/Advanced Excel.
