The candidates scope in this role involves ensuring compliance with company policies and ISO/ISMS standards, running SQL queries to identify and address non-compliant cases, and overseeing data dump clean-up as per the internal audit manual. They will be responsible for closing all audit observations, rectifying issues identified in audits, and documenting root cause analyses for non-compliant cases. Additionally, the candidate will assist in preparing MIS reports for management review.
1. Ensure adherence to company policies and ISO/ISMS standards.
2. Execute SQL queries to detect and address non-compliant cases.
3. Perform data dump clean-up across all functions in line with the internal audit manual.
4. Resolve all audit observations promptly, ensuring no open or pending issues.
5. Address and rectify non-compliant cases identified during internal and external audits.
6. Document and maintain root cause analyses for identified non-compliant cases.
7. Assist in the preparation of Management Information System (MIS) reports for management.
Minimum 1 Year experience in back-office operations
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Basic understanding of SQL.
- Strong industry knowledge.
- Familiarity with multiple functional areas is a plus.
- Expertise in process management within the respective function.
- A skill assessment score of over 60%.
