Senior Executive / Assistant Manager - Stores

Stores Management & Materials Inward.

§ Ensure and adhere to the process of checking and accepting all raw materials and parts which are incoming.

§ systematically define and describe all items of materials in stock.

§ Prepare Goods Receipt Note (GRN) at the receipt of the raw materials and update the same in SAP within a day on receipt.

§ Prepare Goods Rejection Memo(in case of goods rejected) and update the same in SAP.

§ Review all the incoming vendor bills and update in SAP and also prevent duplication of bills.

§ Be responsible and issues Returnable gate pass and non-returnable gate pass for RM and FG.

§ Verify and submit the invoices to the accounts with proper register to track the invoices.

§ Responsible for Control, storage and distribution of Raw materials and Consumables.

§ Ensure proper storage and identification of RM with proper traceability.

§ Practice FIFO system to avoid the loss in inventory due to ageing of parts.

§ Continuously monitor the location and evaluate the space available for the incoming materials.

§ Conduct monthly physical stock verification for the RM and initiate necessary action to eliminate the variance between the physical stock and system stock.

§ To control and ensure RM issue from stores to production through proper Indent and posted timely on the SAP.

§ Return form has to be continuously updated in the Excel and SAP.

§ Maintain and update excel with the RM details with the location marking. Continuously update the RM details in both the excel and SAP.

§ Responsible for physical inventory matching with SAP.

§ Monitoring the quality, quantity, cost and efficiency of the movement and storage of goods.

Health, Safety & 5S:

§ Adhere 5S to reduce the searching time of spares and reduce the level of inventory.

§ Practice Safe environment in the stores by Controlling Vehicle movement and in Loading/Unloading areas.

Audit & Documentation :

§ Check and continuously do the inventory audit and update in SAP.

§ Prepare inventory accuracy check sheet regularly for the MRM.

§ Conduct chemical shelf life audit on regular intervals.

§ Conduct regular warehouse safety audits.

§ Maintain and document the audit reports.

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
