## *Key Job Roles & Responsibilities*

*General Accounting*

Handle day-to-day accounting activities including entries, reconciliations, and bookkeeping. Ensure accuracy and compliance with internal accounting standards.

*GST & TDS Compliance*

Manage end-to-end GST and TDS processes such as calculation, returns, reconciliation, and statutory compliance within timelines.

*Balance Sheet Finalization*

Independently finalize balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and supporting schedules. Coordinate with auditors during audits.

*Accounting Principles & General Ledger*

Maintain strong control over accounting principles, chart of accounts, and general ledger systems to ensure accurate financial reporting.

*Advanced Accounting Knowledge*

Apply advanced accounting concepts for financial analysis, reporting, and compliance requirements across multiple business activities.

*Tally & Advanced Excel*

Use Tally and advanced Excel functions for accounting, MIS reports, reconciliations, and data analysis on a regular basis.

*Payroll Support (Basic)*

Support payroll processing activities including salary calculations, deductions, and basic compliance coordination.

*Bank & Stakeholder Coordination*

Handle bank-related work, documentation, and visits. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders as required.

*GST Invoice Preparation*

Prepare and verify GST-compliant invoices and ensure proper documentation and record maintenance.

*Property Income & Expense Records*

Maintain accurate records for rent income, property-related expenses, and supporting documentation.
