Job Description

As a Senior Executive in the Airport Operations and Customer Service department with at least 3-7 years of experience in the Aviation Industry, your role involves ensuring safe and secure on-time operations following the ground operations manual and relevant procedures. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: - Assist customers with arrivals and departures procedures - Perform reservations and ticketing tasks, including making reservations, selling tickets, and remitting cash - Handle customer queries over the telephone - Attend pre-flight and post-flight briefings for departures - Set up check-in counters and screen checked-in baggage - Maintain high-quality check-in procedures and assist customers with special requests - Assist customers with special requests and mishandled/damaged baggage upon arrivals - Coordinate with baggage vendors for damaged bags and follow up on lost baggage with en-route stations - Complete post-flight departure filing of necessary flight papers - Fulfill any other responsibilities assigned by management Functional Responsibilities: - Maintain standards as per company requirements - Ensure effective threat assessment and response capability - Achieve department goals and follow up on them - Perform duties according to the Security Programme - Monitor the Quality System continuously and ensure conformance - Optimize resources and secure quality levels - Be aware of Emergency Response Procedures, rules, and regulations - Acquire and maintain necessary skills for job functions - Maintain work procedures as per company requirements - Conduct development dialogues with Team leaders - Prevent theft and pilferage of company property Administrative Responsibilities: - Maintain files and log sheets - Provide input for training requirements - Update manuals and local procedures - Ensure competent and qualified workforce is detailed for duty - Verify Invoices - Manage personnel development and maintenance of equipment These responsibilities and accountabilities will contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of the Airport Operations and Customer Service department, ensuring high-quality service delivery to customers.,
