Job Description

Role Overview:

Job Timing:

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and analyse monthly P&L statements, highlighting key movements, cost trends, and margin impact.
Support the FP&A process through budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and rolling projections.
Conduct variance analysis for revenue, cost of goods, operating expenses, and profitability.
Prepare management dashboards, trackers, and MIS reports for regular reviews.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather inputs for forecasts and budget submissions.
Analyse historical financial trends to support business planning and decision-making.
Assist in preparing consolidated reports for management and board-level presentations.
Monitor key KPIs such as gross margin, contribution margin, overhead spend, and working capital metrics.
Support audit requirements by providing reconciliations, schedules, and clarifications.
Maintain accuracy and timeliness of financial data across ERP and reporting tools.

Required Skills:

Strong analytical and numerical abilities
Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial formulas)
Understanding of P&L structure, cost drivers, and budgeting principles
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
Clear presentation and reporting skills
