Senior Executive - Accounts Receivable

Responsible for handling Account Receivables, Brokerage Bills, Sales Accounting, Statutory Compliances, and Bank Reconciliation Statements. Processing bills for payments and refunds, preparing NOCs for customers, and managing financial operations to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

Role & responsibilities:-

Financial Operations

• Prepare and maintain accurate Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
• Process and verify brokerage bills for payments.
• Oversee the release of Return on Investment (ROI) cheques.
• Prepare and maintain periodic Management Information System (MIS) reports.

Customer Account Management

• Verify Builder-Buyer agreements received from the Post Sales team.
• Manage and process daily collections from the back office.
• Handle customer cancellations and transfers, ensuring proper documentation.
• Draft and process No Objection Certificates (NOCs) for customers.
• Execute customer registries for plots/units in coordination with relevant departments.

Refunds & Settlements

• Process customer refunds based on mutual settlement agreements or judicial orders.

Statutory Compliance

Ensure all tasks are completed in adherence to company policies and statutory regulations.

Functional Skills:-

Attention to Detail: accurate bookkeeping, financial reporting, Time Management: To meet deadlines, during end-of-month or tax season, Adaptability: To new financial software, regulations & internal processes, Basic Communication Skills: financial information to peers and supervisors
