Senior Executive - Accounts Receivable

• Accounts Receivable Management:

• Prepare and account Sales invoices for B2B, accruals (if any)
• Prepare monthly sales summary invoice of B2C for GST purposes.
• Reconcile receipts and ensure daily detailed sales accounting (including dimensions of BU, SBU, division, location, doctor levels) of B2C in Microsoft Dynamics 365 as per Operations ERP for DHW BUs / Order summary for Knowledge BU.
• Manage and monitor the accounts receivable ledger to ensure the timely collection of outstanding invoices and payments.
• Month-End Close activities related to accounts receivable and cash management.
• Reconciliation:
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations for bank statements, accounts, and ledgers.
• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or variances in financial records promptly.
• Reconcile customer payments received through various channels, such as bank transfers, cheque, cash, payment gateway links, credit cards, UPI etc done through POS or static QR code or otherwise.
• Collections:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding payment inquiries and billing issues.
• Develop and implement effective collection strategies to reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
• Follow up with customers on overdue payments via phone and email while maintaining positive relationships.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and analyze accounts receivable aging reports to identify potential credit risks and collection issues.
• Process Improvement:
• Identify and recommend improvements for existing accounts receivable and reconciliation processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Sales, Operations) to streamline billing and collections workflows.

Business Finance for Knowledge BU - Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

• Participate in the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning cycles, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Develop and maintain financial models to forecast revenue and cash flow, providing insightful analysis of key business drivers.
• Prepare and analyze financial performance reports for senior management, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Support ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects to evaluate business initiatives and inform strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and provide financial guidance to operational and business leaders.

Qualifications and skills

• MBA Finance from a reputable Tier-2 institute or
• Bachelor's degree in Finance + CA-Inter (ICAI), ACCA, or CMA (ICWA).
• Minimum of 1+ years of hands-on experience in an accounts receivable or FP&A role. CA articleship and audit firm experience can be given some weightage.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and month-end close procedures.
• Technical Proficiency:
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
• Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems like Tally, MS D365.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and internal teams.
