Description:

anager/Sr. Consultant with 5 - 10 years SAP Dat Conversion Experience. Data Conversion experience, good communication skills, Planning skills, ECC WM skills a plus. Manager/Sr. Consultant with 5-10 years of SAP Data Migration experience with strong communication and planning skills, along with expertise in SAP ECC and S/4 HANA. This role will focus on developing and executing data migration strategies to ensure a seamless transition to S/4 HANA EWM. Key Responsibilities: Data Migration Strategy:Develop and execute comprehensive data migration strategies, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes. Cross-Functional Knowledge:Leverage strong knowledge of SAP ECC and S/4 HANA modules, along with data migration solutions, to implement migration programs using LSMW, BAPI, ABAP Conversion Programs, and Migration Cockpit. Source and Target Data Requirements:Identify source data and define target data requirements. Workshops and Mapping:Conduct workshops to gather business requirements, define mapping, and establish transformation rules. Data Loading Tracking Techniques:Finalize the techniques for data loading and prepare mapping documents, highlighting any gaps. Gap Resolution:Address data gaps by applying business rules to ensure data completeness. Test Planning Validation:Prepare test plans and data for unit testing and Data load validations Documentation:Create detailed documentation of data migration processes, including mappings and validation strategies. Project Management Reporting:Provide periodic progress updates and status reports to project management. Cutover Support:Support cutover activities during mock testing and go-live phases, assisting in formulating cutover tasks and preparing the go-live plan. Risk Management:Manage dependencies, escalate risks, and facilitate issue resolution related to data migration. Collaboration:Work collaboratively with the Data Migration Lead and offshore teams.
