Senior ETL Developer

As an Ab Initio Lead, your role involves taking ownership of data integration and ETL processes using Ab Initio tools. You will lead the design, development, and implementation of complex ETL solutions, optimize performance, troubleshoot data issues, and manage a team of developers. Your responsibilities include: - Leading the design, development, and implementation of complex ETL solutions using Ab Initio tools such as GDE, EME, Co>Operating System, and related components. - Working closely with business analysts, data architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable data pipelines. - Optimizing performance of ETL jobs, troubleshooting data issues in large-scale production environments, and ensuring adherence to development standards. - Managing code reviews, performance tuning, and deployment activities to support deployments and release management. - Ensuring high levels of data quality and integrity through effective testing and validation procedures. Qualifications required for this role include: - 10+ years of hands-on experience with Ab Initio development tools like GDE, EME, Conduct>It, Co>Operating System, Continuous Flows, etc. - Strong experience in data warehousing concepts, ETL design patterns, performance tuning, handling large volumes of data, data modeling, data governance, and metadata management. - Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, excellent communication, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to lead and mentor a team of developers effectively.,
