Job Description

Role Overview: As a member of the team, you will support S4 solution configuration and technical development. This involves performing quality checks, code reviews, and enforcing industry standard development practices. You will effectively engage with IT delivery partners to implement industry standard solutions leveraging the go forward platforms. Additionally, you will utilize your extensive IT Development knowledge at domain level to support change management and business adoption of technologies. Your role will also involve participating as a member of cross-functional development teams and analyzing cross-functional and complex business requirements. Furthermore, you will evaluate the SAP roadmap and provide recommendations on tools, software, and implementation strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Support S4 solution configuration and technical development - Perform quality checks, code reviews, and enforce industry standard development practices - Engage with IT delivery partners to implement industry standard solutions - Utilize extensive IT Development knowledge at domain level - Support change management and business adoption of technologies - Participate as a member of cross-functional development teams - Analyze cross-functional and complex business requirements - Evaluate SAP roadmap and provide recommendations on tools, software, and implementation strategies Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent or specific relevant experience - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication skills both verbal and written - Ability to interact with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and other project team members - Successful teamwork experience (collaborating on group/team projects) - Dedication, discipline, commitment, and grit - Proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical advancements - Ability to articulate and present different points-of-views on various technologies - Time management skills and flexibility - Strong track record of educational success Additional Company Details: Schneider Electric values Inclusion, Mastery, Purpose, Action, Curiosity, and Teamwork as the foundation for creating a great culture to support business success.
