About the Role The Senior Enterprise Sales Manager at ClearTax is responsible for acquiring high-turnover clients to drive the company's revenue growth. In this role, you will build lasting relationships with major clients, understand their needs, and effectively present ClearTax's solutions to key decision-makers, aiming for successful deal closures. Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Head, this role involves proactive engagement with leads and in-person sales interactions. Responsibilities - Understand ClearTax's suite of products and communicate their value to CFOs of Fortune 500 and high-turnover Indian companies. - Navigate target organizations, engage with end-users, influencers, and decision-makers, and manage end-to-end sales cycles within defined timelines. - Gather insights on the competitive landscape and position ClearTax's unique selling points to ensure successful deal closures. - Develop expertise on ClearTax's offerings, create customized pitches and proposals, and facilitate the closing of contractual documentation for revenue collection. - Update sales data regularly in the CRM system for tracking and analysis purposes. Qualifications for Success To excel in this role, you should possess a self-starter mentality, a strong drive for sales, and the ability to persevere through challenges. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential, along with proficiency in negotiation and objection handling. A minimum of 6 years of B2B sales experience in a reputable firm, with a proven track record of exceeding targets, will give you a competitive advantage when joining ClearTax.
