Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of engineers to develop and maintain digital banking products and services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and enhancements
• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from planning and design to testing and deployment
• Ensure high-quality and timely delivery of projects, while adhering to best practices and industry standards
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in the digital banking industry and make recommendations for adoption
• Mentor and coach team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and development
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor&aposs or Master&aposs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong technical background in web and mobile development, with expertise in Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant technologies
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as JIRA
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Passion for innovation and staying updated with the latest technologies and trends in the digital banking industry
