Senior Engineer - Workday HCM Core

As a Workday HCM Core consultant, you will collaborate closely with internal Business teams to ensure successful implementation and support of Workday HCM Core projects. With over 4 years of experience in this field, you will demonstrate expertise in Workday Reporting & Security modules and effectively configure Business processes to align with project requirements. Your key responsibilities will include understanding new functionalities within Workday, providing necessary support and guidance to business stakeholders for efficient usage of the system. You will be accountable for managing project scope, maintaining quality standards, and adhering to project timelines within your area(s) of expertise. Additionally, you will offer guidance, instruction, and coaching to team members, ensuring their work meets the required quality standards. Your role will also involve hands-on experience in production support activities and managing Workday release activities.
