Job Description

Strong working experience in Veeva Network implementation or support within Life Sciences.
Implement and support integrations between Veeva Network and other systems (e.g., Veeva CRM, ERP, Salesforce, RIM, or external MDM platforms) using Veeva Network APIs, Informatica, MuleSoft, or other middleware tools.
Build and manage custom rules, validation logic, and data quality workflows to ensure clean, standardized master data.
Develop and optimize Network Integration Rules (NIRs), Data Stewardship tasks, and Match Rules to manage deduplication and data merges.
Veeva Network Certification or equivalent hands-on project experience.
Proficient in Veeva Network APIs (REST/SOAP) and building data integration pipelines.
Experience with SQL, XML/JSON, data modeling, and transformation logic.
Hands-on with middleware tools such as Informatica Cloud, MuleSoft, or Boomi.
Familiarity with Veeva Vault, Veeva CRM, and Salesforce data models is a plus.
Experience with Veeva OpenData or Veeva Data Governance.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum project environments.
Knowledge of GxP compliance and related documentation (URS, FRS, IQ/OQ/PQ).
Knowledge of address standardization, match & merge algorithms, and data quality frameworks.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a high attention to detail.
Excellent communication and documentation skills for cross-functional collaboration.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Writing and reviewing great quality code
Understanding the clients business use cases and technical requirements and be able to convert them in to technical design which elegantly meets the requirements
Mapping decisions with requirements and be able to translate the same to developers.
Identifying different solutions and being able to narrow down the best option that meets the clients requirements.
Defining guidelines and benchmarks for NFR considerations during project implementation
Writing and reviewing design document explaining overall architecture, framework, and high-level design of the application for the developers
Reviewing architecture and design on various aspects like extensibility, scalability, security, design patterns, user experience, NFRs, etc., and ensure that all relevant best practices are followed.
Developing and designing the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements; and defining technologies, patterns, and frameworks to materialize it
Understanding and relating technology integration scenarios and applying these learnings in projects
Resolving issues that are raised during code/review, through exhaustive systematic analysis of the root cause, and being able to justify the decision taken.
