Senior Engineer - Vblock, VxRail, vSAN & NSX-T

As a Senior Engineer in the Service Delivery team at Dell Technologies, you play a crucial role in ensuring that our technical solutions align with our clients" priorities, challenges, and initiatives. Your responsibilities include building strong relationships with customers, understanding their goals, and ensuring that the services provided meet their expectations. Collaboration with Sales and Global Services teams is essential to drive strategic growth plans and identify sales opportunities. Your primary focus will be on managing the end-to-end network infrastructure in various data center environments, supporting customer-facing product offerings. You will be responsible for daily system monitoring, ensuring the integrity and availability of hardware, resources, and key processes. Additionally, you will engage with highly technical customers, manage their expectations, and stay updated on the latest hardware/software specifications. This role requires working in a 24/7 environment with rotating shifts that cover weekends and weekdays. Your expertise in remote IT infrastructure support, particularly with Vblock, VxRail, and MX Compute, is crucial. Proficiency in VMware technologies such as ESXi, vCenter, SRM, VSAN, and NSX V/T is expected. Experience with VMware Cloud foundation technologies on Dell Platforms and managing SDDC environments will be beneficial. We are seeking individuals with 6-8 years of experience in IT infrastructure support for global enterprise clients and a strong background in managing Converged/HCI, Storage, Cloud Applications, and Data Protection.
