As a Senior Engineer in Service Delivery at Dell Technologies, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive world-class support for their technical solutions. By deeply understanding our clients" priorities and initiatives, you will become a trusted advisor who minimizes customer impact and drives continuous improvement. Your responsibilities will include front-ending the build and operations of end-to-end network infrastructure across multiple data center environments, supporting network infrastructure for customer-facing product offerings, and performing daily system monitoring to ensure the integrity and availability of hardware and systems. You will collaborate closely with highly technical customers to manage their expectations and identify potential sales and growth opportunities. Staying up-to-date on technical specifications for hardware and software requirements, you will actively work towards educating others on potential problems and solutions. This role will require you to work in a 24/7 rotating shift environment, covering weekends and weekdays. To excel in this role, you should have 5-9 years of experience in remote IT infrastructure support for global enterprise clients, with expertise in Vblock, VxRail, and MX Compute. Additionally, strong experience with VMware ESXi, vCenter, SRM, VSAN, and NSX V/T is essential. Exposure to VMware Cloud foundation technologies on Dell Platforms, hands-on experience in SDDC environment, and knowledge of PowerEdge and Power scale are also required. You should be an expert in managing end-to-end infrastructure and IT management for Converged/HCI, Storage, Cloud Applications, Platform Infrastructure, and Data Protection.
