Key Responsibilities:

Erection & Commissioning

• Execute onsite

  installation, erection, and commissioning

  of wastewater treatment plants and equipment (e.g., screening systems, pumps, blowers, instrumentation panels).
• Perform system

  testing, troubleshooting

  , and final handover to the client with proper documentation.

Client & Consultant Coordination

• Engage in

  technical discussions

  with customers, consultants, and internal teams to resolve issues and align project requirements.
• Represent the company at site meetings and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the execution phase.
  

Project Site Management

• Act as a

  site in-charge

  , managing project activities and ensuring timely execution in line with technical specifications.
• Evaluate

  site contractors' performance

  , adherence to quality standards, and safety compliance.
• Handle

  site-related billing documentation

  , if required.

Execution & Documentation

• Coordinate with internal project and design teams for timely delivery of materials and drawings.
  
• Maintain proper records of

  daily progress, technical reports, and commissioning documentation

  .

Skills & Competencies Required:

1. Erection & Commissioning Expertise

   Strong experience with industrial wastewater treatment systems (ETP/STP/RO/ZLD).

2. Project Coordination

   – Ability to independently handle multi-site execution, reporting, and team coordination.

3. Client Management

   – Clear and professional communication with clients and consultants at all levels.

4. Technical Knowledge

   – Familiarity with electrical/instrumentation schematics, control panels, and automation in water treatment systems.

5. Problem-solving & Troubleshooting

   – Strong analytical and field-level troubleshooting skills.

6. Documentation & Site Billing

   – Basic understanding of billing processes and project documentation standards.

7. Safety & Compliance

   – Awareness of site safety protocols and standard engineering practices.
