External Description - Contractual Role Description - External System Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues. a) Must have in-depth knowledge of SCADA platforms , including AVEVA , Power SCADA Operation , and Schneider Local HMI for configuring, maintaining, alarms and trends troubleshooting SCADA systems. b) Must have hands-on experience with PLC systems, specifically Schneider Electric M580 (Control Expert ) and M241 (Machine Expert) platforms for diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues in PLC-based automation systems. c) Must Know Energy Management Systems (EMS), Specifically Schneider electric, Power Monitoring Expert Platform for Analyse power quality, load profiles, energy consumption trends and generate customized energy reports and dashboards. d) Must have hands-on experience in the operation, sequencing, and troubleshooting of Chiller Plant Management (CPM) systems and High-Speed Diesel (HSD) yard operations and optimizing chiller sequencing, pump control, Thermal Storage Tank and PHEX operations. e) Must have strong working knowledge of instrumentation including flow meters, BTU meters, temperature sensors, pressure sensors, and actuators. for the installation, calibration, configuration, and maintenance of field instruments. Diagnose and resolve issues related to sensor accuracy, signal transmission, and device communication. f) Should Have Knowledge of BMS/ Schneider Eco structure Building operation Platform and security systems (ACS, CCTV, FAS, VESDA, Gas Suppression & PAS). g) Must have strong knowledge in commissioning, graphics implementation, point and trend creation, logic development, customized report generation, and third-party integration (Modbus/BACnet/OPC/MQTT/SNMP). h) Must have Knowledge of third-party integration troubleshooting, tools such as Modscan for Modbus communication diagnostics and validation. Customer Complaint Management & Preventive Maintenance: Efficiently handle customer complaints and perform preventive maintenance tasks & System Upgrades to ensure smooth operations. Technical Knowledge: Possess basic understanding of PC/server hardware, operating systems, SQL & PostgreSQL for databases, and networking. Project Execution: Capable of executing retrofit projects with basic project management skills. Customer Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with customers through regular interactions, understanding their needs, and addressing issues as per the agreed SLA. Business Development: Generate third-party AMC and retrofit business opportunities from existing customers. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering efficient services in line with the agreed SLA. Customer Meetings: Conduct monthly/quarterly meetings with customers to review performance and address any concerns. Documentation: Create and update documents for Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Method of Procedure (MOP/WMS), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Risk Analysis, and other site-related activities. Qualifications - External Education: Degree holder. Experience: 4+ years in troubleshooting and logic creation for PLC, SCADA, EMS, BMS and security products ( ACS, CCTV, FAS, PA, Vesda, WLD). Customer Handling: Proven experience in managing datacentre customers. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Complaint Management: Skilled in handling higher levels of customer complaints. Sales Experience: Experience in AMC sales and business generation.
