Senior Engineer - Research & Development

You will be responsible for coordinating and ensuring that the product conforms to various international standards like IEC and UL. This includes complying with and verifying new systems for different aspects such as safety, performance, EMI/EMC, and the environment. You will need to coordinate with external laboratories and agencies for certification and test the product according to IEC/UL guidelines to validate the same. Additionally, you will coordinate with internal departments for any change or modification requirements in the product for validation/certification. You will also be tasked with generating/modifying documents (e.g. manuals, datasheets, compliance reports, validation reports, etc.) for certification/validation and coordinating with other departments for resource management as needed. Your role will involve supporting engineering, sales, and marketing teams for standard and certification-related activities. It is essential to complete tasks by maintaining good relationships with team members and to develop/propose strategies for complying with standards before certification.
