Job Description

Responsibilities:

Develop automated tests using Playright, Pytest, Selenium Web driver/Cypress, BDD/Cucumber, RestAssured, Maven, Appium and BrowserStack.

Integrate automation tests in CI/CD.

Design, write execute manual tests convert manual tests to reusable automated scripts.

Conduct Performance, Functional, regression, System E-2-E exploratory test on Cloud deployed apps.

Identify report Bugs. Automate bug reproduction steps for regression retest.

Work closely with a globally distributed team of SDETs, quality engineers and developers on the design and specification of features.

Triage production issues, perform RCA preventive actions by either closing test gaps or by enhancing test coverage whenever applicable.

Minimum Requirements:

Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as:

Python, Playright, Javascript/Typescript

5+ years of experience conducting feature, regression, System E-2-E and exploratory testing experience on API, Web Mobile apps.

Experience in testing complex systems including a mix of embedded devices in cloud deployments.

Automation test development experience with Python, Playright, Maven, Appium and BrowserStack.

Effective use of the CI/CD pipeline to produce high quality products and services.

Experience testing event-based, microservices architectures.

Knowledge of multi-tier architectures across multiple technology stacks .net, Java, J2EE, web servers, caching, application servers, RDBMS/NoSQL: MySQL, Mongo, Dynamo DB AWS Experience

AWS certification is an added plus.

Proactive business skills and strong collaborative skills are required.

Passion to learn new technologies and keep updated with growing trends and industry practices.

Proven ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines, product lines, roles, and geographical and time zone boundaries

High degree of organization to manage maintain project plans, road maps provide accurate updates as part of the review cycle.

Educational Qualification

B. Tech or B.E. in Computer Science or Information Technology or Electronics Telecommunications or equivalent specialization.
