Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manpower allocation according to the daily plan
Yasakawa Robot welding skills must
Achieve the daily production Goal
Daily sunrise meeting conducted for shop floor workers - like Equipments's safety, Quality awareness, operators safety, Material handling
Focus on Customer escalation of Proto delivery and quality issue
Shift management & Kaizen implementation
To improve quality standard& Update the Proto type documentation
Participating of cost savings idea
Material handling through ERP
Problem solving for welding and other proto related issues
Ensure the operator safety to avoid Accident
Maintaining of 5 s activities at shop floor
Participation of Lead time reduction of the final assembly
Focus on Process improvements to reduce the operator fatigue
Proto level design issues addressed the same was communicated to concern team to avoid serial production sample

Monitoring & Evaluating the skill level of operators

Preferred candidate profile

Robot welding programming & production line proving (if support required in other plants also)
Manpower allocation according to the daily plan & Achieve the daily production Goal
Focus on Customer escalation of Proto delivery and quality issue & Shift management & Kaizen implementation
Participating of cost savings idea & Material handling through ERP
