Job Description

1.

Assess Technical feasibility of wire harness capability thru customer input
Bill of Material preparation, deciding make / Buy of components
Detail the process of wire harness cable
Working and compiling the manufacturing cost and Tooling cost by working with CFT.
Testing & Trouble shooting of Wire Harness cables.
Develop the line with new and latest Process & Testing methods
Dis assembly of medical devices and identifying the wire harness needs and completing the documentation w.r.t Engineering Design(Engineering drawing , Sanitization , Testing protocols etc..)
Lead execution of reverse Engineering process for medical Devices
Lead proto development for wire harness
Lead wiring harness Assembly & Trouble shooting

2.

Aware of IPC standards for wire harness.
Awareness of ISO13485 requirements for wire harness development.
Skill of reverse engineering and Proto Development.
Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, design principles, and quality standards within the medical device industry.
Experience in process improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.
Awareness of CAD software for design and prototyping.
Process documentation for FMEA, Control Plan, Inspection report, Visual Management & Poke yoke in Design.
Familiarity with design control, risk management, and validation processes for medical devices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.

3.

Bachelors degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field).
Experience: Minimum of 6 to 9 years (Manufacturing in Medical, Automotive & Aerospace)
IPC certified ia an add on qualification.
