Job Description

Job Purpose :

To lead and execute vehicle integration activities, including design validation, assembly feasibility, digital mock-up (DMU), GD&T, and packaging of components in electric two-wheelers.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities

Perform integration checks for complete vehicle assembly.
Prepare DFA (Design for Assembly), DMU, and GD&T documentation.
Conduct tolerance stack-up analysis for assembly validation.
Resolve integration and assembly-level issues in EV development.
Integrate newly added components and electrical peripherals.
Maintain vehicle-level CAD and prepare AIS drawings for homologation.
Create assembly sequence documents and torque sheets as per design requirements.
Manage vehicle BOM and release data packs for procurement.
Support initial mule builds and coordinate with suppliers for design queries.
Design and develop enclosures for electrical components and vehicle harnesses.
Define and execute design verification plans ensuring regulatory compliance.
Participate in PFD, PFMEA, and APQP documentation.
Drive cost and warranty reduction initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers.
