Senior Engineer - OS Security & Compliance

Role Overview: At NAB India, the Midrange and Engineered Platforms team is responsible for providing infrastructure support for various environments running on non-Windows operating systems such as RedHat Enterprise Linux, AIX, Solaris, Oracle Linux, and Oracle Virtual Machines. The team also manages the proprietary Oracle Engineered Systems appliances, including Oracle ExaDatas, Private Cloud Appliances, Zero Data Loss Recovery Appliances, Big Data appliances, and the associated databases, operating systems, and middleware. As a Senior Security, Risk & Compliance, your role will involve providing leadership to ensure that the risk profile of Critical and Complex Platforms remains low. This includes leading audit responses, developing management reports for key insights into risk focus areas, and ensuring the delivery of resilient and highly available Midrange Platforms that adhere to the bank's Compliance Framework, Risk Policies, and technology strategy. Key Responsibilities: - Provide leadership to the team to maintain a low-risk profile for Critical and Complex Platforms - Lead audit responses and develop remediation action plans - Develop and improve management reports for key insights into risk focus areas - Ensure delivery of resilient and highly available Midrange Platforms - Adhere to the bank's Compliance Framework, Risk Policies, and technology strategy Qualifications Required: - 8-14 years of experience in managing risk, compliance, or security related activities for technology platforms - Exposure to Midrange technologies such as Linux, Solaris, AIX, Oracle Engineered Systems - Experience working in complex technology environments - Proven analytical skills and evidence-based decision-making - Tertiary education in Technology or related discipline Additional Company Details (if present): NAB is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone is encouraged to embrace their true selves.
