Job Description

Role & responsibilities Assist System Analysts/ Architects in translating business requirements and functional designs into technical designs. Participate in design discussions for new requirements while adhering to the software development standards. Perform unit testing on all application functionalities along with supporting integration and load testing activities. Collaborate with the team members to ensure that the deliverables are on schedule. Resolve and mitigate production application issues. Preferred candidate profile 5+ Years experience working in Retail industry 5+ years’ experience working in a cross functional team 5+ years of Expert technical experience in software development using Java, JavaScript, data and database design, SQL, XML, XSD, JSON, Linux and Web services 5+ years of STIBO STEP systems configuration, development, architectural design and integration experience - attribute creation, business rule creation, portal development, integration endpoint configuration and workflow creation. In-depth understanding of relational database (Oracle, DB2 or SQL) and ability to write/review complex operational queries. Good understanding of API RESTful services Capable of defining deployment process and methodologies Should have good technical documentation skills. Must also be able to prepare solutions architecture documents and should be able to thoroughly review all the design documents Build standards and reusable components as part of customization for new functionality on packaged solution Assist the leads/architects in tool evaluations, architectural choices and POCs To have deep, intuitive analytical and problem-solving skills to address and resolve technical development issues in a limited timeframe Ability to prioritize assignments, deal with interruptions, and meet deadlines in a fast paced and growth-oriented environment. Experience to build scalable, reliable and maintainable systems Preferred Qualifications Stibo STEP Certification is added advantage. MDM/PIM experience preferred.
