Job Description

Desktops, Laptops, and Mobile Devices Administer and maintain a diverse fleet of desktops, laptops, and mobile devices running Windows, Mac OS, and Android
Ensure the stability, performance, and security of end user computing environments
Software Packaging and Deployment Package and deploy software applications and updates using tools like SCCM System Center Configuration Manager and AdminStudio
Create and maintain standardized software configurations for end user devices
Operating System Management Manage operating systems on end user devices, including Windows, Mac OS, and Android
Perform OS updates, patch management, and troubleshooting
Application Compatibility Ensure compatibility of applications with different operating systems and device types
Resolve application compatibility issues to provide a seamless user experience
User Support Provide support to end users, including troubleshooting device and software related issues
Collaborate with helpdesk teams to resolve technical problems
Security Measures Configure and maintain security measures on end user devices, including antivirus, firewalls, and encryption
Monitor and respond to security incidents and breaches
Compliance Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
Conduct security audits and maintain compliance documentation
Documentation Maintain detailed documentation of device configurations, software packaging, and support procedures
Create user guides and training materials
Reporting Provide regular reporting to management on end user device status, software deployment, and compliance
