Job Description

Senior Engineer Intelligent Infrastructure Services

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and optimize intelligent infrastructure services to support enterprise-level environments.
Lead and mentor technical teams, ensuring high-quality delivery across projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements, architecture, and implementation roadmaps.
Drive automation, monitoring, and operational efficiencies across infrastructure components.
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend strategic adoption to enhance service capabilities.
Ensure compliance with security, performance, and scalability standards.
Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and provide advanced technical support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Extensive experience in IT Services & Consulting environments.
Strong expertise in infrastructure engineering, automation, cloud technologies, and intelligent service frameworks.
Proven experience in leading and mentoring technical teams.
Solid understanding of networking, virtualization, operating systems, and ITIL processes.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
Exposure to AI/ML-driven operations (AIOps) or intelligent automation platforms.
Certifications in cloud or infrastructure technologies.
