The Senior Engineer Quality is responsible for ensuring the quality of incoming materials, supporting new product development (NPD) quality validation, and strengthening customer satisfaction by reducing complaints and ensuring compliance. The role focuses on final inspections, quality documentation, functional and visual checks of products, and effective communication of non-conformances.
The position also contributes to training of workforce, driving lean initiatives, and maintaining accurate Green Channel documentation.
Relevant experience in quality assurance, preferably in incoming material and NPD quality within a manufacturing setup.
Exposure to customer complaint handling, audits, and validation processes.
