Senior Engineer Geologist

As a Geotechnical Engineer, your role will involve monitoring field construction activities at the project site, selecting appropriate support systems based on rock mass classification, creating face maps, and providing support to the construction team for all geotechnical activities. Additionally, you will be required to liaise with clients and designers to ensure the smooth execution of the project, as well as regularly updating project management on progress. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor field construction activities at the project site - Select appropriate support systems based on rock mass classification - Create face maps and provide support to the construction team for all geotechnical activities - Liaise with clients and designers to ensure smooth project execution - Regularly update project management on progress Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 5 years of experience post B.Tech/M.Tech in Civil/Geotechnical/Rock Mechanics - Proven track record in execution of tunnel projects, preferably using NATM, and experience in Dam Projects - Experience in rock mass classification, support selection, tunnel instrumentation, monitoring, ground improvement techniques, core logging, and field quality testing - Proactive approach to problem-solving, effective communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders - Detail-oriented, analytical, and strong commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in geotechnical engineering practices,
