As a Senior Engineer/ Engineer - Sales for Solar Projects, your role involves presenting, demonstrating, and selling the company's Solar Power EPC Projects to potential clients. Working closely with customers in the region, you will identify their needs and provide technically viable solutions for mutual benefit. A key requirement for this role is being a self-starter with a willingness to explore new markets. Key Responsibilities: - Presenting, demonstrating, and selling Solar Power EPC Projects to potential clients - Working closely with customers to identify their needs and provide technically viable solutions - Being a self-starter with a willingness to explore new markets Qualifications: - Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business. Arts/Science/Commerce Degree candidates are also acceptable with field sales experience in B2B preferred Requirements: - 3 to 5 years of experience in Electrical/Solar/IndiaMart/Trade India/Engineering companies - Strong sales aptitude and basic solar knowledge - Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment - Fluency in Tamil is a must, and basic English knowledge is required - Willingness to travel on short notice In addition to the above, based on your experience, you will be considered for a higher position as well.
