Senior Engineer Design Excellence

As an R&D Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the mechanical integrity of products through machine design calculations, simulations, and design optimizations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Performing machine design calculations and simulations to ensure product reliability and longevity. - Analyzing and optimizing mechanical components such as bearings, gears, and structural elements. - Conducting VAVE studies for design optimization and cost reduction. - Designing for reliability and life to enhance product durability. - Utilizing critical thinking and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues. - Staying updated with the latest mechanical design principles and technologies. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams for successful project execution. - Creating and maintaining engineering documentation, including drawings and reports. - Developing quality control procedures to meet or exceed customer expectations. To excel in this role, you should possess: - A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. - 2-3 years of experience in Finite Element Analysis (FEA). - Previous experience in a special purpose machine manufacturing company is advantageous. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a sound understanding of mechanical design principles. - Proficiency in CAD software for 3D modeling and simulation. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. - Capability to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously. - Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
