Senior Engineer - Design

As a Mechanical Engineer at VRV Asia Pacific Pvt. Ltd, a Chart Industries Company located in Sri City, Andhra Pradesh, India, your main responsibility will be to prepare detailed designs of tanks and pressure vessels for project execution. You will be involved in engineering design activities such as basic engineering, plant layout, and system engineering to meet project requirements. Your role will also include completing specifications and documentation necessary for equipment manufacturing or procurement to ensure successful project execution. It will be your duty to select the materials and components required for the projects and ensure compliance with relevant statutory requirements and ISO standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing layout designs for tendering and ensuring that all work adheres to the Company's Quality System. You will need to collaborate with clients and vendors for purchase and fabrication work as needed. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5 to 8 years of experience, preferably in Cryogenic, Pressure Vessels & Boilers. Proficiency in computer skills such as AutoCAD, Solid Works, and PDM will be essential for this position.
