MAHLE Engine Components

Role & responsibilities: Responsible for Piston design , 3D modelling and 2D drawing using CATIA software by referring to MAHLE design standards. Close review with simulation engineer to optimize the design based on the simulation results for gasoline, flex fuel, CNG, Diesel and H2 combustion IC engine applications. Product investigation and analysis of parts after the engine tests, field return and field failure cases as per the MAHLE guideline and procedures. Working in coordination with other regional and international colleagues and providing them regular updates on the day-to-day progress Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple internal requests under the deadlines. Maintain confidently and accuracy in handling MAHLE data and customer-related data. Preferred candidate profile: BE (Mech/Auto) degree. Minimum 3-to-7-years experience in product design using CATIA software in automotive industry. Must poses knowledge and experience of handling automotive components made of Aluminum alloy, steel and cast iron. Having knowledge of engine components, automotive parts, IATF 16949, drawings, GD&T. Development and testing of Piston assembly. Good in knowledge IC engine. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent organization time-management abilities. Ability to work as part of a team.
