What You Will Do: Key Responsibilities

• Be

  accountable for the day-to-day delivery of assigned projects

  towards the Market Area (MA).
• Be responsible for

  Nomination & Planning Activities

  .
• Work with market area teams to

  execute delivery plans in a time-bound manner

  .

• Understand customer queries

  and proactively act on them.

• Interact with internal and external stakeholders

  for delivery execution.

• Analyze EPC/5GC CORE & IMS Core network performance

  and investigate the root cause(s) of performance degradations.
• Perform

  on-demand analysis on specific issues

  (e.g., new performance degradation, customer complaints).
• Provide

  recommendations to the customer to solve identified issues

  (e.g., IMS or EPC equipment parameter tuning with targeted values).

• Analyze, develop, and create new KPIs, counters, and dashboards

  to complement our solution with added-value use cases, addressing major customer challenges.
• Assist the customer's team in

  enriching solutions with new use cases

  .
• Suggest

  enhancements for tools

  with specific KPIs and new dashboards in a Big Data and virtualized environment.
• Perform

  workshops to transfer telecom knowledge

  and/or knowledge about new features/solutions to the customer's team.
• Provide

  technical advice and support to customers and other teams

  in the network domain.

• Participate in customer presentations

  to expose findings and recommendations from analysis.

The Skills You Bring: Required Qualifications

• Education:

  Full-time Bachelor's degree or higher in ECE, IT, or CS.
• Deep knowledge in

  Packet CORE architecture

  , especially in

  5GC & EPC Packet Core

  .
• Good knowledge of

  LTE, VoLTE, VoWiFi, Roaming, and handover signaling flows

  and network configurations in Packet Core.
• Understanding of

  performance management counters and events

  .
• Experience in

  defining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  and establishing thresholds.
• Ensure that

  KPIs are met according to SLA

  and share recommendations to improve network quality issues.
• Experience in

  KPI analysis, correlation, and troubleshooting capabilities

  .
• Ability to

  define KPI dashboards

  and custom reporting tailored to customer needs.

• Evaluate the impact of KPI deviation

  and provide support in critical and emergency cases.
• Knowledge of

  network performance monitoring tools

  (e.g., ITK, EPP, ENIQ, ENM, S-KPI, Cisco Prime, etc.) and implementing/scheduling automated performance reporting.
• Knowledge of

  End-to-End network architecture

  .
