Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

  • Design and develop hardware for Automotive Electronic Control Units (ECUs) with a focus on Battery Management Systems (BMS).
  • Perform hardware schematic design, component selection, and PCB design reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with

    EMI/EMC standards

    and support validation activities.
  • Implement

    functional safety (ISO 26262)

    requirements in hardware design.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues at the ECU level.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for design validation and testing.
  • Work with

    CAN communication protocol

    and associated tools for debugging and validation.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in automotive ECU hardware design.
  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Electronics/Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with

    CAN tools

    and communication protocols.
  • Good problem-solving and debugging skills
  • IPC certified or trained
