Senior Engineer / Assistant Manager Design

You are being considered for the position of Senior Engineer / Assistant Manager Design at WIRTGEN INDIA, a member of the WIRTGEN GROUP and a John Deere Company. As part of our team, your skills and abilities play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of quality products, service, and support for our customers. In this role, your primary responsibility will be the design & development and product sustenance of Compactors/Pavers. You will work on concepts, design, develop, and implement new or modified mechanical components or systems. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing and maintaining Bill of Materials for products to ensure compliance. - Provide engineered solutions for the development of new products and continuous improvement of existing products - Execute the full product development process including design, development, testing prototypes, and implementation - Ensure adherence to brand engineering standards and associated IT systems for effective global management of engineering data - Define the performance and validation requirements of mechanical components and systems for Cost reduction Projects - Coordinate parts development with internal stakeholders - Utilize CAD/modelling software, preferably UG NX - Review and release product reports and documentation - Collaborate with various departments to provide technical assistance and resolve issues - Track and monitor Engineering change requests and ensure timely implementation - Prepare Bill of Materials for new or existing products and ensure compliance - Ensure adherence to ISO 9001:2015 standards - Educational Qualification: B.E. / B. Tech - Age: Up to 30 Years - Assistant Manager Experience: 5-10 Years - Effective technical skills - Problem-solving skills - Effective Interpersonal skills - Verbal and written communication skills - Manufacturing processes and Costing awareness - Team-working skills - Hands-on design CAD tools Preferably UG-NX Please note that you will report to the Machine Responsible - Engineering.
