Senior Embedded System Engineer

As a Senior Embedded System Engineer at Aaizel Tech, you will play a vital role in driving end-to-end hardware + firmware development for advanced IoT/RF products. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of tasks including full hardware design, firmware development, RF tuning, sensor integration, and technical leadership. **Key Responsibilities:** - Full hardware design including schematics, PCB, power, and RF front-end. - Firmware development on STM32, PIC, and Raspberry Pi platforms. - LoRa PHY/MAC, RF tuning, and antenna integration. - Designing AES-128/256 secure telemetry and encrypted packet transmission. - Integration of various sensors and industrial interfaces. - Managing the end-to-end product lifecycle from prototype testing to production. - Leading bring-up, debugging, and ensuring DFM/DFT and EMI/EMC compliance. - Providing technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers. **Qualifications Required:** - 10+ years of experience in embedded and hardware product development. - Proficiency in mixed-signal design, RF layout, and power management. - Expertise in C/C++, FreeRTOS, bootloaders, and OTA. - Hands-on experience with LoRa, Sub-GHz RF, GNSS, and IMU integration. - Track record of taking multiple products from concept to mass production. - Strong debugging skills using oscilloscope, logic analyzer, and SWD/JTAG. - Familiarity with drone avionics or long-range telemetry. - Knowledge of EMI/EMC compliance and test jig setup. - Ability to collaborate effectively with hardware, firmware, and research teams.
