Collaboration with technical teams, continuous learning of new technologies, and application of advanced repair practices will be key responsibilities in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Perform repair and maintenance of industrial electronic instruments and equipment. - Carry out soldering and SMD-level PCB repair. - Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair instruments independently with minimal supervision. - Ensure high-quality standards in all repair processes. - Collaborate with technical teams to share knowledge and improve repair techniques. - Keep updated with new technologies and apply them in repair practices. **Requirements / Qualifications:** - ITI/Diploma/Degree in Electrical or Electronics is preferable. - Experience in electronics repairing, including soldering experience. - Experience in repairing PCBs at the SMD level. - Ability to repair instruments independently. - Self-motivated and detail-oriented. - Passion for electronics repair. - Excellent problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and repair techniques.
