As a Study Abroad Counselor at Admitworld, your key responsibilities will include: - Advising and counseling students on various universities, courses, admission requirements, entrance exams, and scholarships abroad for Indian students - Assisting in promoting overseas educational institutions represented by the company and providing suitable study options to students based on their profile, needs, and aspirations - Guiding students with applications and forwarding their applications to universities - Providing telephonic counseling to leads and inviting them to the office for further counseling - Meeting with foreign university delegates - Representing the company during fairs and events - Liaising with universities and university officers - Contributing to the development of the Admitworld brand You should possess the following qualifications: - Good communication skills to converse effectively with students and parents - Organized and structured approach to work - Reliable and capable of meeting deadlines - Willingness to go the extra mile to assist students - Proficiency in Microsoft Word and preferably Excel - Ability to use the internet proficiently for research on universities, courses, etc. - Strong writing skills to communicate effectively with universities and students Prior experience in the Study Abroad/Overseas Education industry is a must for this role.
