Senior E Commerce and Social media Executive

E-Commerce Operations:

• Manage product listings on the online store (pricing, specs, photos, descriptions).
• Coordinate with procurement and presales teams for accurate product uploads and stock availability.
• Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and orders via the website or social channels.
• Ensure timely updates on promotions, banners, and category changes.
• Coordinate with UAE operations team for delivery timelines and client coordination.

Social Media Management:

• Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn & X (Twitter).
• Design basic creatives, stories, and reels aligned with product marketing.
• Track analytics and grow followers, engagement, and lead generation via social media.
• Run ad campaigns under guidance or via external freelancers.

Content & Campaign Support:

• Write catchy product content, ad copies, and social captions.
• Support in preparing promotional calendars and campaigns aligned with UAE marketing goals.
• Coordinate with design and video editing freelancers where needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
