The Opportunity:

Reporting directly to the CAO, you will be instrumental in:

Who We&aposre Looking For:

A seasoned IT leader with:

• 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience

  , with at least 5 years in senior roles leading significant IT transformations (40+ staff).

• Proven hands-on experience

  and comfort working within smaller, agile organizational structures.
• A track record of

  successfully transforming underperforming IT departments

  into strategic assets, delivering measurable results against cost, quality (defects), and performance (EBITDA).

• Deep expertise in IT automation and the practical application of AI/ML

  within an IT setting to drive business value.
• Strong understanding of

  ITIL framework

  , operational excellence, cloud computing, and IT service management best practices.
• Extensive experience supporting the IT infrastructure of

  digital marketing and call center ecosystems

  .
• Exceptional communication skills, able to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and foster strong cross-functional collaboration.
• A Bachelor&aposs degree in Computer Science or a related field; Master&aposs preferred.
