Senior Director - Head Cross Border P&L

The Cross Border Supply P&L Head at Delhivery is responsible for leading the product, pricing, and partnerships for the FCL and LCL product lines within the Cross Border Business. In this role, you will engage with ocean liners at various levels to negotiate pricing and develop customized solutions for FCL business opportunities. Additionally, you will establish a global network through partnerships and internal resources for the LCL segment. As the Cross Border Supply P&L Head, your key responsibilities will include building and managing network partnerships by forming collaborations with CFS operators, trucking companies, and customs agencies. You will negotiate contracts, ensure operational alignment, and cultivate long-term relationships to facilitate seamless logistics operations. You will take ownership of service levels by monitoring and maintaining high standards across the global network. In addition, you will troubleshoot operational issues promptly, proactively address bottlenecks, and ensure a smooth workflow throughout the supply chain.
