Senior Director - Delivery - AI

As a Senior Director at LogixHealth, you will lead the software engineering team in building LogixHealth's core applications and tackling technical challenges to support the rapidly expanding business. You will collaborate with a globally distributed team to design cutting-edge solutions for the healthcare industry, contributing to a fast-paced and collaborative environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Facilitate Agile processes and tools for effective communication of stories, requirements, and progress - Provide technology leadership for software engineering teams in a rapidly changing environment - Collaborate with product management and business stakeholders to understand software requirements and shape product roadmaps - Monitor product engineering KPIs and make process improvement recommendations - Foster accountability within engineering teams and between teams and business stakeholders - Recruit, motivate, and lead software engineering, DevOps, and QA talent - Mentor and develop the skills of the development team - Contribute to user experience, architecture, and test-driven development - Provide solution architecture to meet requirements and modern design principles - Lead solutions development using technical judgment and input from experts - Manage production issues and provide support for critical and non-critical issues **Qualifications:** - BS (or higher) degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent technical experience - 15+ years of experience in software development with AI delivery experience, including leadership roles - Extensive experience in cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP, .NET technologies, SQL Server, DevOps, and QA - Strong talent for handling stressful situations, prioritizing work, meeting deadlines, and motivating others - Experience in recruiting, hiring, and retaining top software engineers and DevOps professionals - People management skills, building high-performance teams, and managing performance - Experience in data security and governance platform adhering to compliance standards - Preferred experience in RCM domain, modern data architecture, Databricks, Airflow, SSIS, leading teams in Angular, React, or Node, and LLM integration By effectively communicating at all levels of the organization, demonstrating deep knowledge of Microsoft technologies, leading through influence, and utilizing successful time management and organization skills, you will drive process improvements and promote personal and professional growth within the team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.,
