About the Role:

Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

SEO Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business and marketing goals.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, emphasising high-intent and bottom-of-the-funnel (BoFu) opportunities.
  • Perform competitor analysis to uncover growth opportunities and stay ahead in the market.

On-Page & Content Optimisation

  • Optimise on-page elements, including titles, meta descriptions, headers, URLs, schema markup, and internal linking.
  • Collaborate with content writers to create SEO-optimised blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and solution briefs.
  • Design lead-focused SEO content strategies aligned with the B2B sales funnel.

Technical SEO

  • Conduct regular technical SEO audits to identify and fix issues related to indexing, crawling, site architecture, and mobile performance.
    Work closely with development teams to implement technical best practices, structured data, speed optimisations, and mobile-first strategies.

Off-Page Optimization

  • Build and maintain a strong backlink profile through ethical link-building initiatives.
  • Establish partnerships with industry publishers, portals, and influencers to enhance domain authority.

Performance Tracking & Analytics

  • Monitor SEO performance using GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Looker Studio.
  • Generate insightful reports on traffic, rankings, and lead-generation impact.
  • Continuously optimise strategies based on data-driven insights.

SMO & Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Align SEO efforts with social media and content marketing strategies for maximum reach.
    Work collaboratively with design, content, and development teams to drive integrated digital campaigns.

Industry Research & Innovation

  • Stay updated with the latest algorithm updates, SEO tools, and digital marketing trends.
  • Test and implement innovative strategies to maintain competitive advantage.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 6-8 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in B2B or service-based industries.
  • Strong expertise in technical SEO (audits, schema, Core Web Vitals, speed optimisation).
  • Proven ability to execute commercial-intent keyword strategies.
  • Proficient in GA4, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, and Looker Studio.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms (WordPress, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with IT services, SaaS, or enterprise products.
  • Knowledge of PPC, content marketing, and marketing automation tools.
  • International SEO and multilingual website optimisation experience.
  • SEO or digital marketing certifications (Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot).
