Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Senior Digital Marketing Specialist with a proven track record of at least 4+ years in digital marketing. In this role, you will take the lead in planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and play a critical role in shaping and evolving our digital marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage integrated digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, display advertising, and email marketing.
  • Lead paid media strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and programmatic channels to drive conversions and ROI.
  • Develop and optimize SEO strategies including keyword research, on-page optimization, content planning, and backlinking.
  • Own the performance reporting for all digital marketing campaigns, analyzing metrics and adjusting tactics for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and web development teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with business goals and brand identity.
  • Manage website performance, lead generation funnels, landing pages, and user experience (UX) improvements.
  • Oversee marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to run targeted email campaigns and lead nurturing flows.
  • Stay on top of digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure continuous innovation.
  • Mentor junior marketing team members, and support team development and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B, SaaS, or eCommerce environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in SEO, SEM (Google Ads), social media advertising, and marketing analytics.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEMrush/Ahrefs, HubSpot, and email marketing platforms.
  • Strong data-driven mindset with experience in measuring campaign effectiveness, CRO, and performance optimization.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead projects end-to-end with minimal supervision
