Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Performance Marketing (Execution & Optimization):

  • Develop and manage high-performance paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and programmatic channels.
  • Continuously monitor campaign metrics (CPA, CTR, ROAS, CPL, etc.) and optimize targeting, bidding, and creatives for maximum ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to improve campaign outcomes.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure ads are aligned with brand messaging and visual standards.
  • Manage campaign budgets and reallocate spend based on performance insights.

Digital Marketing Management (Operations & Leadership):

  • Oversee the implementation of the digital marketing strategy across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content distribution.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery and execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs across digital channels and report performance to senior leadership with actionable insights.
  • Manage CRM integrations, marketing automation workflows, and lead nurturing processes.
  • Ensure marketing compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

Digital Strategy (Planning & Analysis):

  • Lead strategic planning for digital marketing campaigns to support key business objectives such as lead generation, product launches, and customer retention.
  • Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and audience segmentation to inform digital strategy.
  • Define full-funnel digital journeys and build tailored content strategies for each stage of the customer lifecycle.
  • Implement tracking frameworks using tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for innovation and digital transformation across marketing functions.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with a strong foundation in both strategy and execution.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and scaling paid media campaigns with measurable business impact.
  • Deep understanding of digital analytics, attribution modeling, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, and major CRM/automation platforms (e.g., Branch, Hootsuite).
  • Familiarity with SEO tools and best practices (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.).
  • Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
