Job Description

We are searching for an experienced and result-driven Digital Marketing Strategist to become a part of our marketing team. As a Digital Marketing Strategist, your main responsibility will be setting up, executing, and managing the overall digital marketing strategy of the company. If you are a tech-savvy trendsetter with innovative ideas to enhance customer experience, we are eager to meet you. Your ultimate goal should be to effectively connect our brand with our online customers. Your responsibilities will include building, planning, and implementing the comprehensive digital marketing strategy. You will also be in charge of managing and training the rest of the team, overseeing all digital marketing channels, measuring ROI and KPIs, preparing and managing the digital marketing budget, and supervising all the company's social media accounts. Additionally, you will manage and enhance online content, taking into consideration SEO and Google Analytics, build an inbound marketing plan, motivate the digital marketing team to achieve goals, monitor competition and provide improvement suggestions, establish strong client relationships through social media interaction, keep abreast of our audience's preferences, and proactively propose new campaigns. You will also collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Design, and Content teams to optimize customer experience and ensure brand consistency, identify advertising needs, stay updated with the latest technology and best practices, create integrated and cost-effective digital strategies, and map out how digital assets will be optimized for business results. The ideal candidate should possess 2-5 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Strategist or in a similar role and have 2+ years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies. A good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels, online marketing tools, and best practices is essential. Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and CRM software, as well as experience in implementing and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns, are required. Critical thinking, problem-solving skills, being a team player, good time-management skills, great interpersonal and communication skills, familiarity with web design and HTML, and strong analytical and project management skills are also necessary for this role.,
