Role Overview: As a Senior Instructional Designer in the Managed Services LMS - DLMS team, your main responsibility will be to design engaging and interactive digital learning solutions including eLearning, videos, infographics, and performance support resources. Your focus will be on creating innovative and engaging learning materials that will help learners retain and apply their knowledge in their daily roles and responsibilities effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Design engaging and interactive eLearning courses for various learning needs - Create videos and infographics to support learning objectives - Develop performance support resources to aid learners in applying their knowledge - Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure learning materials are accurate and effective - Stay updated on current trends and best practices in instructional design and eLearning technologies Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field - Proven experience as an Instructional Designer, preferably in a senior role - Strong knowledge of instructional design theories and practices - Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate - Excellent communication and project management skills Additional Details: N/A,
